Pacific Orchid Exposition

It's not going to be easy to find a parking place!

If you live in San Francisco, you know that parking anywhere in the city can be difficult. This is especially true for events that take place in Golden Gate Park. We have provided information about public transportation we hope you will find useful.

In this app we have provided links for the nearby parking places. The UCSF Medical School parking lot is about 4 blocks from the Hall of Flowers and has 1000 parking spaces, although you will have to pay for parking.

There is a free  park shuttle on the weekend that goes to most parts of Golden Gate Park. However, we do not know the frequency of the route.

If you want to drive, plan to come early. Car pool to help reduce the congestion. If you park in one of the remote parking lots (e.g. Great Highway, Ocean Beach), it's free and you can take a ride service such as Lyft or Uber to the show. The cost of the ride service will most likely be less than what you would spend on parking near the County Fair Building.

You might also try Parkopedia, a website that has current parking availability on it. We don't know how well it will work for Golden Gate Park, but its worth a try!

Another site with parking information is called ParkMe
